Refund Policy for Cozumel Private Tours

We strive to provide the best experience possible. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Cancellation by Customers:
More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund, no questions asked.
Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund.


Cancellation by Us:
In the event of a weather-related cancellation (e.g., storms, rough seas), or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from operating the tour, a full refund will be issued or, if preferred, the tour can be rescheduled.


Refund Process:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for the refund to appear.


Tour Modifications:
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.


No Refunds for Early Departures:
Once the tour has started, no refunds will be issued for early departures or incomplete tours.


Special Circumstances:
In cases of medical emergencies or family emergencies, partial or full refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with proper documentation.
